Brian Parker is an Assistant Real Estate Manager with 4 years of industry experience and is responsible for more than 320,000 square feet of office and retail space. Brian oversees tenant relations and retention, contract negotiations, maintenance and service issues. He joined CBRE in June of 2008.
Prior to joining CBRE, Brian managed a portfolio in excess of two million square feet of retail space located throughout the United States. In this role, Brian was responsible for tenant relations and retention, contract negotiations with outsourced vendors, maintenance and service issues. He was also responsible for the collection of rents and other charges for a portfolio consisting of over four million square feet of retail space
