Brian Sedgwick serves as a Real Estate Manager for the Salt Lake City office of CBRE. He has been with CBRE for 12 years and currently manages approximately 2,300,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
Brian’s duties include overseeing the day to day operations on each property including tenant relations, staffing, service contracting, building maintenance, project management, client reporting, budgeting and client relations. Brian has also worked in the construction management of several projects including; parking lot renovation and repair, lift station pump replacement, Lobby renovations, HVAC and RTU repairs and commercial office tenant improvements.
Mr. Sedgwick and his team have received “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) award from BOMA Utah in 2008 for office buildings greater than 100,000 and less than 250,000 square feet. This property was also the first in Utah to receive the 2008 Energy Star designation from the EPA Energy Star Program. In 2011, this same property was awarded with LEED certification under Brian’s oversight and management. Brian has been awarded CBRE Real Estate Manager of the Year twice, 2010 and 2015.
