Brittany Carbullido is a member of the Cincinnati Multi-Market Leasing Management team, where she provides strategic real estate advisory and transaction services to national retail occupiers. She specializes in multi-market account management, strategic portfolio planning, site selection, and transaction execution, helping corporate clients align their real estate strategies with broader business objectives.
Currently, Brittany supports clients on a national basis, leading site selection initiatives and leveraging CBRE's extensive brokerage network to execute new lease transactions, renewals, and lease restructurings. Together with her team, she successfully completes more than 400 transactions annually, delivering scalable real estate solutions that support client growth and portfolio optimization.
Prior to joining the Cincinnati Multi-Market team, Brittany supported CBRE teams throughout Southern California and Austin, Texas, with a focus on client portfolio management, asset management, and capital markets. This diverse experience provides her with a strong foundation in property operations, investment strategy, portfolio performance, and market analysis, which she leverages to deliver comprehensive real estate solutions and strategic guidance to her clients.
