Brittany is a Vice President in CBRE’s advisory and transaction services group, based in the Washington, D.C. office and specializing in investor leasing. She represents a variety of the District’s most prominent landlords and developers and has worked on some of the most high-profile transactions in the market.
Prior to CBRE, Brittany worked as a real estate broker at Cushman & Wakefield and its predecessor companies. She also previously worked at Brandywine Realty Trust where she specifically focused on their downtown Philadelphia Class A/Trophy office portfolio comprised of about 8 million square feet. A few of her clients include Blackrock, Prudential and the Carr Companies.
