Brittany Hurley

Brittany Hurley is the Managing Director, U.S. Client Solutions for Property Management at CBRE, based in Chicago. In this role, Brittany partners with clients to drive strategic growth by aligning and optimizing their Property Management services across multiple U.S. markets, ensuring consistent, high-performance operations that accelerate value.

Brittany joined CBRE in 2024 as Global Head of Customer and Tenant Experience (CX/TX) for Property Management, where she built and scaled the Host from CBRE product suite — integrating People, Place, and Digital solutions across CBRE’s global portfolio. She also supported the production evolution of Host into Experience by Industrious, positioning CBRE’s hospitality-led experience model for scale following CBRE’s acquisition of Industrious.

Brittany brings a wealth of expertise in commercial real estate to CBRE, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Her extensive leadership experience includes overseeing leasing performance at CIM group for a 20 million square foot office and industrial portfolio and playing a key role in WeWork's Enterprise leadership across the East Coast and Canada. Prior to that, Brittany was part of the UK founding team at VTS, where she helped spearhead their international expansion. Earlier in her career, she served on one of the top leasing teams at JLL New York focusing on tenant representation and agency leasing.
