Brittany Hurley joined CBRE in 2024 as the Global Head of Customer and Tenant Experience (CX/TX) for Property Management at CBRE, based in Chicago, leading CX/TX initiatives globally.
Brittany manages the Host from CBRE product suite, which integrates People, Place, and Digital solutions, leveraging a partnership network of tenant experience experts such as Industrious, VTS, and New Stand. She is dedicated to driving exceptional customer and tenant experience programming across CBRE's global portfolio and leading a community of CX Product leaders.
Brittany brings a wealth of expertise in real estate and customer experience to CBRE, with a proven track record in driving growth and innovation. Her extensive leadership experience includes overseeing leasing performance at CIM group for a 20 million square foot office and industrial portfolio and playing a key role in WeWork's Enterprise leadership across the East Coast and Canada. Prior to that, Brittany was part of the UK founding team at VTS, where she helped spearhead their international expansion. Earlier in her career, she served on one of the top leasing teams at JLL New York focusing on tenant representation and agency leasing.
