Associated Office
Brittany began her career with CBRE Valuation as an intern while completing her degree in Real Estate. Upon graduation, she became a Senior Valuation Associate. She was recently promoted to Vice President reflecting her ability to solve numerous valuation questions and issues.
Brittany recently fulfilled the requirements to obtain her MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute.
She currently serves within her community on the Economic Development Authority for the City of Ramsey. She looks forward to growing her knowledge through professional organizations and events.
Mrs. Lindahl has in-depth knowledge of Microsoft software as well as Argus Enterprise DCF software and Rockport VAL. She has specialized in valuation assignments across a variety of commercial property types, with an emphasis on retail, industrial and multifamily asset classes in the Upper Midwest. Properties worked on include:
