Bronson Morgan is a retail expert specializing in investment properties and leasing on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Since joining CBRE in 2022, Bronson has been involved in the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of over 1,200,000 SF representing in excess of $450 million in total consideration. Bronson has forged long lasting relationships with private and institutional principals and tenants, currently representing over 522,675 square feet of retail space across Los Angeles.
Prior to embarking on his professional career with CBRE, Bronson graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in May of 2022, with a B.A. in Real Estate and a minor in economics. During his time at CU Boulder, his internship experience included working for clean energy startup Intertie, Inc. and boutique development firm Mariners Landing during the summers of 2020 and 2021, respectively. Bronson was also an active member of the CU Real Estate Club and completed CCIM 101 during the summer of 2019.
Outside of the office, Bronson enjoys playing chess, surfing, skiing, and managing his personal equities portfolio.
