Brooke Brindle is a Senior Project Management Director for CBRE Austin/San Antonio/El Paso market area. Brooke has over 27 years of commercial real estate facilities & project management experience. Her position entails overseeing all aspects of the project planning, development, scheduling, design and construction in collaboration with brokerage teams, owners/end-users design & construction teams and technology +FF&E partners. Brooke has actively managed projects within multiple real estate product types including business office, law office, call center, lab, ground-up, retail development & common area capital improvements.
As a key liaison between all project team members and end-user stakeholders, Brooke is closely involved throughout the various phases of the project delivery process, especially in areas for setting expectations for project plan and team, budget including cost projections and cost controls, schedule, risk mitigation and project communication.
Brooke serves her clients by focusing on early planning, identifying client processes and key stakeholders, understanding client requirements and establishing clear project goals with continual monitoring. She has expertise in program management, scheduling including project and phasing logistics, design development, cost management, relocation management, communication and project execution. Prior to Brooke’s experience with CBRE, she held other roles in real estate and her experience in facilities management gives her insight into a client’s operational demands before and after occupancy.
In April 2023, Brooke took on the role of Project Management Team Leader for Austin, San Antonio, El Paso and surrounding areas responsible for business operations in addition to her project management assignments.
