Before entering commercial real estate, Brooke spent 20 years in healthcare, gaining firsthand knowledge of the operational needs of medical practices and healthcare providers. This unique background allows her to understand medical properties from both a business and investment perspective.

Today, Brooke works with medical building owners, investors, healthcare providers, landlords, and tenants to uncover opportunities, evaluate property values, and develop strategies that support their long-term goals. From positioning medical properties for sale to identifying acquisition opportunities and negotiating strategic leases, she delievers personalized guidance grounded in industry knowledge and local market expertise.
