Bruce Carland

As a Vice President of Industrial Brokerage Services for CBRE, Bruce Carland specializes in tenant representation, property acquisition and sales, real estate consulting and landlord representation to a broad range of clients. Licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, Bruce offers a wealth of experience, including 4 years at CBRE and 32 years at CSM Corporation where he played a key role in the development and leasing of a large industrial portfolio, establishing long lasting relationships with large and small businesses alike. He currently lists one million square feet of industrial space and has been involved in hundreds of transactions over the past 20 years on behalf of Tenants and Landlords. Bruce enjoys an industry reputation for integrity and responsiveness along with a strong work ethic and unique understanding of the market and his client’s needs.
