Bruce Jackson, CCIM, First Vice President and Office Specialist, joined CBRE in 1988 and has since successfully represented clients in more than 600 transactions totaling more than 3 million square feet and in excess of $200 million in total consideration. He specializes in Tenant, Landlord and Investor representation, as well as the coordination and delivery of client specific, multi–market real estate services. Bruce, as a member of Data Center Solutions (“DCS”), also specializes in data center colocation (“CoLo”) and mission critical/data centric real estate requirements.
