Bruce Suppes

During Bruce’s twenty-year career as an Office Specialist with CBRE, he has listed over 500 office buildings and represented clients in over 1,100 lease and sale transactions totaling over $315M in gross consideration, encompassing over 3.3 million sq. ft. of office space here in Tucson. In each of the past eighteen years, Bruce has represented clients in the completion of a minimum of fifty lease or sales transactions.

Prior to joining the CBRE team, Bruce’s career focused on direct sales within the commercial sector and industries such as telecommunications, cellular phone technology, and software consulting, advising clients ranging in size from small business to Fortune 500. During this time, he developed and sustained strong client relationships, consistently maintaining top-performer status in new account generation and revenue production.
