Bruce Wibbels is the Director of Asset Services at CBRE. CBRE is the largest third party property management firm in the Louisville market with a portfolio in excess of 10 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
Bruce has over 23 years of commercial asset management experience with both regional and national firms, such as NTS Development, Trammell Crow Co. and IPC US REIT. Bruce has been involved with Class A office, retail and industrial properties.
Bruce’s most recent position was serving as President of IPC Real Estate Management, a Canadian REIT that owned and managed a 12 million square foot portfolio of office buildings.
