Mr. Koop is a Senior Vice President on CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team based in Boston. His primary responsibilities include debt and equity advisory across all asset types. Mr. Koop specializes in underwriting, marketing, and structuring opportunities across a wide range of profiles including ground-up construction, permanent financing, transitional bridge financing, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and joint venture equity.
Throughout his career, Bryan has executed over $7 billion in financings spanning multifamily, industrial, retail, premier workspace, hospitality, land, and mixed-use properties.
Prior to joining CBRE, Bryan worked at Colliers arranging debt and equity throughout the U.S. Before Colliers, he worked at both J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank, where he focused on originating CMBS loans and evaluating institutional-grade construction and bridge opportunities.
