Bryan is a Chief Operating Engineer working on the Global High Technology Company account with over 7-yrs Critical Facilities Management experience, and he is responsible for 10 Client sites located throughout the Virginia Tidewater Area encompassing over 140,000 sq/ft of office space and 25,000 sq/ft of Data Center.
As a facilities manager, Bryan develops and executes planned maintenance schedules for critical facilities equipment such as uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems, emergency generators, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, fire protection, and general building maintenance to ensure that all Client facilities are operating at peak performance.
A proven project manager, Bryan has successfully managed over 70 individual Data Center build-out projects meeting stringent deadlines. These projects typically include the installation of server racks, critical electrical power, multi-mode fiber optic, and cat5e communication cables. In 2008, Bryan managed two large tenant improvement projects for the Client, adding 11,000 square feet of office space to the Norfolk NOC totaling more than $1.4M.
Bryan has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and consistently upholding CBRE RISE values.
Prior to joining CBRE, Bryan worked for Mid-Atlantic Companies in Virginia Beach, VA for five years as a HVAC Service Technician and Field Supervisor, managing various HVAC installation projects, service calls, preventive maintenance contracts, and providing cost estimates to customers.
Bryan also served honorably in the United States Air Force for four years as a HVAC Journeyman stationed at Holloman AFB, NM.
