Mr. Bryce Lagueux is a Senior Valuation Analyst within the Valuation & Advisory Services group, specializing in the appraisal of retail properties throughout Southwest and Central Florida. He supports valuation assignments for lending, financial reporting, and acquisition purposes, working closely with Keith Richard, MAI, to develop well-supported analyses across a range of retail asset types.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Lagueux served as an Analyst with FirstPointe Advisors in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he performed valuation analyses across all four major commercial property types throughout Florida. His experience includes applying the sales comparison, income capitalization, and cost approaches to value; researching market trends and comparable data; reconstructing rent rolls; and analyzing operating statements to support credible valuation conclusions.
