Brylynn Swayzer

Brylynn Swayzer’s CBRE career began in June of 2022 after graduating from the Payne School of Hospitality at San Diego State University. Her work and experience within industry organizations contribute to Brylynn’s growing knowledge in her current hotel advisory position. Brylynn has experience with feasibility studies, including market analysis and demand studies, as well as RFP for Developers, Brands, and/or Management Company Selection. Brylynn is currently working as a Consultant in the CBRE Hotels Valuation & Advisory East Division while being stationed in Washington, D.C. Brylynn is also currently a trainee appraiser and is working towards becoming a certified appraiser.

Achievements

While at San Diego State University, Ms. Smith received an award of excellence upon graduation for her commitment to student organizations and improving the hospitality department. She also participated in a highly sought after program for young hoteliers, in which her and her teammate won second place for their hotel pitch.
