Professional Experience
As a Transaction Manager with CBRE Boston Consulting, Brynn is responsible for qualitative and quantitative evaluations of corporate clients' portfolios. She leads and manages a diverse number of transactions including lease acquisitions, renewals, expansions, and dispositions. She works exclusively with corporate clients, managing and overseeing large real estate portfolios, consisting primarily of office and industrial space.
As a member of multiple account teams with CBRE Boston Consulting, Brynn has assisted clients with strategic initiatives including workplace strategy, utilization studies, technology tool implementations, and account process integration. She has collaborated with the consulting team to approach each account's unique challenges by leveraging CBRE's capabilities to deliver quality solutions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Brynn serviced a corporate client with an excess of 88 MSF globally. She played a key role driving the management of the portfolio, which included evaluating real estate market and property data, managing internal and external real estate transactions, and service as the point liaison with the client, district managers, legal and external team. She was involved in the strategy and planning of a major acquisition that required over 140 lease renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions over a two-year period.
