Byron Bridges serves as the director of the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Tucson office in the Intermountain Region. He is a designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). His primary geographical location is Southern Arizona, but he is also a key member of CBRE’s Latin America Valuation & Advisory Team, having performed numerous international appraisal assignments.
