Cabot L. Jaffee III, First Vice President at CBRE, specializes in all aspects of leasing and selling Commercial Real Estate. He is a trusted advisor to his clients and a strong producer in the Florida retail brokerage business.
Mr. Jaffee started in the industry as an intern for Bishop Beale Realty where he studied under the Director of their Retail Department. He received hands-on training in Landlord and Tenant representation and gained extensive knowledge in the Florida market. After Bishop Beale, Mr. Jaffee went on to become a Senior Associate at BluRock Commercial where he gained further knowledge in all aspects of retail brokerage with a focus in ground up development, and aggressive tenant expansion. Mr. Jaffee focuses his business model on all aspects of retail brokerage such as site acquisition, disposition, and transaction management for retail real estate clients. He specializes in tenant representation for restaurant and soft good users looking for inline and outparcel locations. Since starting in commercial real estate in 2014, Mr. Jaffee has represented several local and national retailers in their expansion across the state of Florida.
Mr. Jaffee also provides landlord advisory services to retail developers, large institutions, and local landlords to assist them in their full development process from initial land acquisition to full lease up and eventual exit sale. Mr. Jaffee attributes his vast knowledge of the Orlando market to being born and raised in Central Florida and a 3rd generation real estate entrepreneur.
