Caitlyn Kinnaird

Caitlyn Kinnaird is a Senior Vice President with the Advisory & Transaction Services group at CBRE, where she consults with corporate occupiers on their portfolio strategy and site selection and represents them in negotiations. Based in Raleigh, NC, Caitlyn specializes in tenant representation and account management, working with both domestic and global clients across a variety of property types, including office, medical, lab, industrial and land sites.

Prior to joining CBRE, Caitlyn spent 15 years at JLL, most recently serving as a Managing Director in the firm's Raleigh office. As part of an integrated account services team, she advised large corporate occupiers on complex transactions and portfolio initiatives while supporting enterprise-wide real estate strategies. During her tenure, Caitlyn averaged 80 deals per year and co-led a headquarters consolidation and relocation for a Fortune 500 company.

Caitlyn has been consistently recognized as a top producer, earning multiple Triangle Business Journal Space Awards for the largest office, flex/industrial and land transactions in the region. She has also been honored for her leadership, client service and her contributions to women in business, receiving recognition from both industry organizations and her company throughout her career.
