Callie Howard joined CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services as a Senior Appraiser following more than 5 years of valuation experience throughout the States of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Howard has worked extensively with large scale right-of-way infrastructure projects which include the valuation of fee simple and easement estates for proposed and existing pipelines, proposed electrical transmission line projects, proposed roadway expansions and public utility lines. Notable right-of-way projects include:
• TxDOT SH 99 (Grand Parkway) Segment H roadway expansion, New Caney and Dayton, Texas
• TxDOT SH 146 roadway expansion – Seabrook, Texas
• Brazosport Water Authority FM 521 Water Line Project, Brazoria & Fort Bend Counties, Texas
• Fort Bend County FM 1093 – Phase II roadway expansion – Fulshear, Texas
• Clean Line Energy/Plains and Eastern Electrical Transmission Line project – States of Arkansas and Oklahoma
• Diamond Pipeline project by Plains All American Pipeline – States of Arkansas and Oklahoma
• Montgomery County – Rayford Road expansion – Spring, Texas
