Callie Milavsky Osler is a Senior Associate at CBRE Toronto focused on office tenant and landlord representation across the GTA. She brings a practical, client-first approach to every deal, with nearly a decade in the market and over 400 completed transactions.
Callie works with clients across all industries, which has given her a deep read on how Toronto's office market actually works for tenants at different stages and with different needs. She's represented major financial institutions, high-growth tech companies, management consultancies, law firms, creative agencies, and VC-backed startups, helping each navigate complex lease situations and deliver results.
She's been recognized for that work with CBRE's Brokers' Choice Award (2023, 2024), CBRE's Rising Star Award (2024), and CRE8's Nicole Steffan Spirit Award (2025). Her team was also named one of the Top 10 most active in Canada in 2024. Outside of work, Callie serves on the fundraising committee for Dress for Success Toronto.
