As a Director of the CBRE Capital Markets team in Christchurch, Cameron specialises in transacting large-scale commercial assets and development sites across the South Island.
The skills developed from his past valuation experience have given Cameron an outstanding market knowledge across a wide variety of assets and clients enabling him to provide a high calibre of professional services for his clients’ property requirements.
Cameron has completed over $720 million in transactions, including high profile deals such as Move Logistics Rolleston ($63.75 million), 123 Victoria Street ($59.2 million), Vodafone South Island HQ ($58.65 million), and the PWC Centre ($49 million).
Specialising in sales in excess of $10 million in Canterbury, and across the South Island, Cameron is a market leader and consistently achieves some of the highest annual transaction volumes for investment and development sites across the Canterbury region.
