Cameron Merrill is a trusted advisor in both landlord and tenant representation in the Central Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley Real Estate Markets for the past 21 years at CBRE.

During his career at CBRE, Cameron has participated in the sales and leasing of over 90 million square feet of Industrial Real Estate in excess of 1400 transactions.

Cameron leads a team of three members including Matthew Tuinstra and Ashley Esparza. He has executed multiple transactions in the following industry types, Logistics, E Commerce, Manufacturing, Garment, Food, Cold Storage , Wholesale, Distribution, Import/Export, 3rd Party Warehousing and many more.
