Mr. Tallon’s primary focus consists of advising clients relative to the development and implementation of aggressive leasing and marketing strategies that most competitively position their assets to maximize overall occupancy levels and create value for ownership.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Tallon began his career over a decade ago, specializing in tenant representation at Cresa and JLL. In 2018, he transitioned to the agency practice and began solely focusing on landlord representation partnered with Mr. Groffman.

Cameron currently oversees the marketing and leasing of the premier Class A office buildings located in Miami’s Central Business District: Southeast Financial Center (1.22M square-foot, 55-stories) and Museum Tower (243,166 square-foot, 39-stories). Additional notable properties in his leasing portfolio include the Courvoisier Centre and 1221 Brickell, based in the Brickell submarket; Flagler Station, a three-office building park in Medley; and The Offices at Doral Square, located blocks away from downtown Doral.
