Cameron Thomas, Senior Associate, is part of the CBRE Industrial & Logistics Team focused on serving the real estate needs of occupiers, landlords, and owner-users. Typical services include new lease or purchase negotiations, renewal negotiations, strategic analysis, lease vs. own analyses, property disposition, sublease representation, and industrial development underwriting and analysis. Since joining CBRE in 2020, Mr. Thomas has participated in the execution and coordination of over 400 sale & leasing transactions, totaling over 35 million square feet, generating over $3.6 billion in aggregate deal volume.
Previously, Cameron was the Marketing Director for another international commercial real estate brokerage overseeing their Florida operations. He has managed a real estate portfolio in excessive of $1B in value for SunTrust Bank (now Truist), developed software for the adventure gear insurance industry, and was a professor at The University of Florida. This wide ranging and exciting career path well equips him for the multitude of challenges and opportunities in his current role.
Apart from work, Cameron enjoys time with his family and playing guitar.
