Associated Office
With more than 15 years of experience in industrial leasing and sales, Cara specializes in industrial properties, including manufacturing and distribution facilities in the Portland Metro area. Cara also represents buyers and sellers of both industrial properties, as well as infill development sites with transactions totaling over $800 million in consideration in just the last five years.
Cara has completed over 13 million square feet of transactions, including over 500,000 square feet for Danner LaCrosse throughout the US, including their Portland headquarters, 260,000 SF for Central Garden and Pet, 147,000 SF for Owens Corning and 130,000 square feet for Cardinal Health. In addition to tenant representation, Cara also represents Landlords of existing and planned facilities for lease totaling approximately 3,700,000 SF. She is actively involved in the community, and is a member of several business organizations, including the Commercial Association of Brokers (where she is past president) and ULI (where she is a committee member for the mentorship program within WLI). Cara also served as the first Portland market delegate for the CBRE Women’s Network and stays active as a National Committee Member of the Advisory and Transaction Services Group within the Women's Network.
