Carla Agnite

Carla Agnite serves as Senior Capital Markets Ops Coord for CBRE’s National Loan & Portfolio Sale Advisors. Since joining in 2019, Ms. Agnite has participated in the advisory and placement of over $1.5 billion in loan and portfolio sales.

Ms. Agnite’s responsibilities include implementation of sale strategies, project management of marketing initiatives, debt and equity underwriting assistance, buyer and seller communication, transaction coordination and ancillary functions. She is involved in sales of disparate real estate portfolios and all types of loans secured by varying product types across the U.S.

Prior to working at CBRE, Ms. Agnite gained invaluable experience working in other facets of the real estate industry including Sales & Leasing and Property Management at Oxford Property Group, Real Estate & Estate Planning Paralegal at Cohen & Cohen Law Group, and a Real Estate Salesperson in Manhattan for Citi Habitats.

Ms. Agnite holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Investments from Baruch College. She is an active member of the commercial real estate community and holds membership in the MBA and CREFC associations as well as several CBRE Employee Resource Groups including the Women’s Network (WN), Asian Pacific Network (APN), Black Excellence Network Group (BE), and Hispanics Organized to Leverage Our Advantage (HOLA).

Additionally, Ms. Agnite is passionate about giving back to the local and global community. She sits on the CBRE Cares Committee Chapter for New York City and engages in volunteer and philanthropic efforts for non-profit organizations such as Be The Match, LiNK, and Project Basta.
