Carla Gordon is the Senior AS Operations Administrator for Asset Services in the Dallas market, encompassing office, retail and industrial properties totaling more than 37 million square feet and over 300 employees.
In this role, she is responsible for preparation of the annual budget, monthly financial reforecasting and profitability monitoring for the line of business. Ms. Gordon also provides support for department business planning, transitioning new business and dispositions, as well as ensuring the implementation of and adherence to CBRE’s standards and policies.
Ms. Gordon acts as the liaison between Human Resources and the field management staff to provide support for all operational and procedural initiatives. She joined CBRE in 2005 and has worked in commercial real estate management for 16 years.
