Carla Martínez Serrano, Asset Services Director for Colombia, has 12 years of experience in the Asset Management area and a history of more than 11 years within the CBRE company in 3 different countries.
She joined the real estate world back in 2008 in Spain, at Santander Bank in the area of Santander Real Estate Fund Management. As of 2009, her career began at CBRE Spain as Financial Consultant Asset Management, leading the financial management of the Santander Bank's international portfolio for which she previously worked, properties and SPV’s located in Luxembourg, Paris, London and Madrid. In 2013, she moved to CBRE Chile, as head of the international portfolio of two key clients: Deka Inmobilien and Credit Suisse.
It was in January 2017, when she disembarked at CBRE Colombia with the objective of implementing the Asset Services department (Asset and Property Management), where it currently has more than 100,000 m2 under management and whose clients include BTG Pactual, Skandia and Titularizadora Colombiana.
Additionally, in May 2018, she began to be part of the regional team in LATAM at Global WorkPlaceSolutions, contributing to develop and provide real estate solutions to corporate companies.
Carla holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid, with a one-year career at Groningen University, in the Netherlands.
