Carla Strothers is experienced leader in Workplace Strategy with over 20 years of experience in creating innovative and functional workspaces that promote productivity, creativity, and employee well-being. She has expertise in project management, occupancy & strategic planning, space data management, furniture selection and lease negotiation. Additionally, Carla has experience leading process improvements, identifying opportunities to increase quality, eliminate rework, and improve efficiency.

She is a skilled communicator and collaborator, working closely with clients to develop customized solutions that meet their specific needs and objectives.
