Professional Experience
Carlos Bozzino is, since 2022, leader of Property Management, an area that considers the services of Asset Management, Multifamily Management and Property Management, the latter understood as the administration and operation of the property.
Previously, he led CBRE's GWS division for the Andean Region and is responsible for operations in Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela & Colombia.
After working as a Senior Project Manager in construction companies in Spain, he joined CBRE in 2012 to work as Building Manager within the Property Management department. In 2014, after excellent management, he was promoted to Property & Facility Manager to take on new changes and challenges. In 2016, he assumes the direction of the Facility Management area for Chile, Peru & Ecuador.
As of 2019, in Chile, it has 2.9 million m² under Facility Management administration.
Carlos is an architect, has a certified in Facility Management from the Adolfo Ibáñez University, Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and is an Executive MBA from IESE (Universidad de Navarra). He has more than 15 years of experience in operations within the Real Estate sector, including architecture, construction management, Project Management, Property and Facility Management.
