Carlos Lopez

Carlos Lopez, MAI, serves as Vice President within CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) Midwest division, operating out of Omaha. He combines his indepth local knowledge and expertise in a wide variety of commercial property types with CBRE’s best-in-class resources to provide superior customer service to clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Lopez was a Staff Appraiser at Great Plains Appraisal, Inc., where he was a generalist and worked on a wide range of property types in Nebraska. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate valuation, Mr. Lopez’s valuation experience spans a diverse portfolio of property types, including single- and multi-tenant retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and mixeduse developments.

• Commercial: Restaurants, general retail stores, neighborhood shopping centers, strip centers, select net lease properties, day care facilities, single/multi-tenant general and medical office buildings, dental clinics, religious facilities, light and heavy industrial facilities, automotive/service garages, selfstorage facilities, warehouses, parking garages, etc.
  
• Residential: All sizes and asset classes of multi-familand mixed-use residential/retail properties, townhome developments, etc.
  
• Land: Residential and commercial development land, commercial pad sites, select agricultural land, etc.
