His real estate career originated as a research analyst and marketing coordinator for Best/White Real Estate Brokerage in McAllen, Texas. Carlos then transitioned to industrial real estate brokerage with Citius Capital Real Estate, based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, México, where he covered the Reynosa and Matamoros industrial markets and managed a leasing portfolio of approximately 769,000 square feet.
Carlos also served as the Marketing Director with the McAllen Economic Development Corporation.
As a native of the McAllen / Reynosa region, Mr. Telles consistently delivers positive solutions for clients through his knowledge of the industrial and commercial markets in this South Texas / México border region.
