Carole Hunter

Carole serves as the Senior Director, Sector Lead (Energy, Oil & Gas, Industrial & Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Defense & Public Enterprise, and Retail) for CBRE’s Global Occupancy Management (OM) team. In this role, she solves the most challenging space problems for our clients in the areas of Occupancy Strategy, Space and Utilization Data Management, and CAD Services. Carole’s specialty is applying a data-driven approach, combined with superior benchmarking and integrated technology to implement creative solutions for each client.

Previously, Carole was the Global Director of Occupancy Management, dedicated to The Coca-Cola account, where she was responsible for standing up the occupancy practice, implementation of a new CAFM system, programming and space standards, and process documentation.

During her tenure with Coca-Cola, Carole led the occupancy transformation of their 2 MSF global headquarters. The team was responsible for the analysis of supply/demand and utilization data to lead discussions with executive leaders in rethinking how their teams achieved success in the workplace.

Carole previously managed occupancy for McKesson’s technology division for the Americas. Her work covered workplace strategy, portfolio strategy, occupancy and change management. This Included a portfolio-wide divestiture across the Americas working with M&A to define occupancy strategies to consolidate and segregate portfolios between three legal entities.

Carole has 20 years of real estate experience in Portfolio Strategy, Workplace Strategy, Occupancy Management, Change Management, Project Management, and Move, Add Change services with a strong focus on client care and consistent delivery of services.
