Carole serves as the Sector Lead for CBRE’s Americas Consulting team, focusing on clients in the Industrial & Logistics, and Retail sectors. In this role, she solves the most challenging problems for our clients in the areas of Workplace Strategy, Occupancy Strategy, Change Management, and Workplace Technology.
Carole’s specialty is applying a data-driven approach, combined with superior benchmarking and integrated technology, to implement creative solutions for each client who asks, “How much real estate do we need?” and “How do we measure success?”
Previously, Carole was the Global Director of Occupancy Management, dedicated to an Industrial account. There, she was responsible for standing up the occupancy practice, implementing a new CAFM system, programming and space standards, and process documentation.
During her tenure, Carole led the occupancy transformation of the client’s 2 MSF global headquarters. Her team was responsible for analyzing supply/demand and utilization data to lead discussions with executive leaders to rethink how their teams achieved success in the workplace.
Carole previously managed strategic occupancy for a pharmaceutical client in the Americas. Her work covered workplace strategy, portfolio strategy, occupancy and change management. This Included a portfolio-wide divestiture across the Americas, working with M&A to define occupancy strategies to consolidate and segregate portfolios between three legal entities.
Carole has 20 years of real estate experience in Portfolio Strategy, Workplace Strategy, Occupancy Management, Change Management, Project Management, and Move, Add Change services with a strong focus on client care and consistent delivery of services.
