Caroline currently serves as a Senior Transaction Manager with CBRE’s Global Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services based out of Boston, Massachusetts. Caroline primarily focuses on portfolio optimization, transaction execution, and overall account management.
Over the past ten years representing institutional clients, Caroline has completed over 4 million square feet of commercial transactions including lease acquisitions, renewals, terminations, sale-lease backs, and sale dispositions globally. Caroline also provides valuable development of financial analyses and account level reporting.
Prior to re-joining CBRE in 2013, Caroline was an Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle on their Corporate Solutions team, servicing their adidas Group account. In this role, Caroline actively assisted in the management and execution of transactions in North America, while advising CRE executives with real estate strategy and financial analysis. Caroline began her career with CBRE as an assistant on the Urban Advisory & Transactions team, and later as a Tenant Coordinator for an 800,000 SF, Class A Boston office tower. In the Tenant Coordinator role, she assisted in managing all aspects of the property including marketing, operations, and financial activities, while providing superior service to tenants and property ownership.
