Carolyn Kakareka, MAI is Senior Managing Director of the Valuation & Advisory Services within the New York/Tri-State Region with over 25 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience throughout the Northeast Region.
In her current role, Ms. Kakareka has overall management responsibilities for the NYC/Tri-state Valuation & Advisory Services business, leading a team of professionals that provide valuation and advisory services involving all property types.
Ms. Kakareka has done substantial work in the New York and Washington, D.C. metropolitan regions and has experience providing appraisals, market studies, rent analyzes, and litigation support. Ms. Kakareka’s experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hotel properties. Appraisal assignments have included investment grade office buildings, retail condominiums, residential rental and condominium projects, neighborhood and community retail centers, hotel properties and industrial buildings. Experience includes numerous ground-up office and residential developments.
