Carolyn Kakareka, MAI is a Managing Director of the Valuation & Advisory Services within the New York/Tri-State Region with over 20 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience throughout the Northeast Region. Ms. Kakareka is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Ms. Kakareka has done substantial work in the New York and Washington, D.C. metropolitan regions and has experience providing appraisals, market studies, rent analyzes, and litigation support. Ms. Kakareka’s experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hotel properties. Appraisal assignments have included investment grade office buildings, retail condominiums, residential rental and condominium projects, neighborhood and community retail centers, hotel properties and industrial buildings. Experience includes numerous ground-up office and residential developments.
