Carroll Cavanagh

Carroll Cavanagh is a Senior Vice President in CBRE where he specializes in Advisory and Transaction Services. Mr. Cavanagh represents owners and tenants for lease and sale transactions of commercial office space. 

Mr. Cavanagh represents over four million square feet of office space across all major submarkets throughout Washington, D.C. He has been awarded multiple Leasing Transaction of the Year awards from CREBA as well as their Rising Star Award in 2011.

Mr. Cavanagh received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Denison University. Mr. Cavanagh is a licensed salesperson in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.  He has served on the board of the Washington, D.C. Alzheimer’s Association since 2017 and was the Co-Chair of the 2022 Brain Ball.
