Carter Dunlap joined the Dallas CBRE Debt and Structured Finance team in March 2017. To date, he has participated in the origination, structuring and closing of more than 60 transactions totaling approximately $3.6 billion with an emphasis on commercial real estate assets. Mr. Dunlap and the CBRE Capital Markets team structure various capital arrangements, including permanent debt, bridge debt, construction financing and joint venture equity. Mr. Dunlap and the Greene-Lewis team represent primarily institutional clients.
Prior to CBRE, Mr. Dunlap spent over four years with Compass Datacenters, LLC, a whole-sale data center development company in Dallas. He also spent two years at Benchmark Bank in Plano, Texas as a credit analyst.
