Carter Fiorita is a Senior Production Analyst with CBRE’s Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance team. He is responsible for assisting production in efforts of the Multifamily & Seniors Housing lending platforms at CBRE. He helps multi-family and seniors housing borrowers secure Permanent, New Construction, Bridge, and Mezzanine financing with a specialty in FHA-insured debt.
Prior to joining CBRE, Carter worked in Asset Management at J.P. Morgan where he oversaw a loan portfolio of over 800 high net worth clients totaling $900 million in total exposure.
