Case Dahlen

Case has served CBRE, Inc. since 2013 focusing on industrial properties in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. Together with his team he advises on all types of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, sale leasebacks, leasing, and lease renewals.

Case works with both industrial occupiers and property owners to properly serve their real estate and logistic needs and to accomplish their goals. Clients rely on Case for individually tailored solutions to their needs. Drawing from his experience and athletic background Case is able to deliver these solutions through dedication, persistence, and honest hard work. He understands that no matter how successful a real estate transaction may be, it is a failure if it does not make business sense. That is why he takes the time to get to know his client and their business, not just their real estate.

Since joining CBRE Case has completed over 13 million square feet of sales and leasing transactions, worth a total of more than $1 billion in consideration.
