Casey Sterk joined CBRE’s Private Capital Investment Sales team in 2024 bringing over ten plus years of CRE experience with him, working alongside Matt Pourcho and Matt Harris.
Mr. Sterk and his team are widely recognized as the leading investment sales team in the Pacific Western United States. Caseys’ expertise is in understanding the capital markets, creating value in an investment transaction, knowing and accessing investors and developing marketing strategies for commercial investment properties in Southern California. The team’s unique specialty is accessing 1031 exchange buyers, private and public capital. Since 2018, the team has sold more than 494 transactions valued at over $7.7 billion.
Prior to Commercial Real Estate Mr. Sterk spent eight years as an equity, futures, & derivatives trader in New York City.
Mr. Sterk holds a Bachelor degree from Wake Forest University.
