Cassie Catania-Hsu is a seasoned commercial real estate leader with nearly two decades of industry experience and close to 30 years as a Las Vegas resident. She currently serves as Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE in Las Vegas, where she oversees all aspects of business operations and Advisory lines of business across Southern Nevada, Utah & New Mexico, including Leasing Services, Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance, Property Management, and Valuation & Advisory Services.
Known for her energetic presence and results-oriented approach, Cassie brings a strong business development instinct, an ability to connect naturally with clients and colleagues, and a sharp attention to detail, even in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. Deeply committed to the future of the industry, she is passionate about driving growth through servant leadership and the active mentorship of emerging professionals.
Prior to CBRE, Cassie served as President and Corporate Broker at Sun Commercial Real Estate, where she directed all business operations and brokerage management for the firm, including recruiting, business development, and community involvement. She was notably promoted to Managing Director and Corporate Broker within her first year. Before Sun Commercial, she held the role of Director of Leasing at International Market Centers, the world's largest operator of premier showroom space for the home furnishings, home décor, and gift industries. In that capacity, she was involved in all aspects of leasing across more than 2 million square feet, successfully closing over 100 transactions totaling more than 235,000 square feet and approximately $20 million in lease consideration. Earlier in her career, she also served as Managing Director at Prudential | IPG Commercial, where she led the Las Vegas office to become the top-producing office in the West region for 2009—a milestone that reflects her enduring ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is actively engaged in shaping the future of the industry and her community, currently serving as Vice Chair for the UNLV Lied Center for Real Estate Council of Advisors. In 2024, she served as President of NAIOP Southern Nevada and Immediate Past President of CREW Las Vegas. She is also a member of the 2020–2023 NAIOP Visionaries Cohort and the 88th NAIOP Research Foundation Governor.
Outside of the office, Cassie is a CrossFit enthusiast and a devoted Vegas Golden Knights fan. She lives in Southern Nevada with her husband, three children, and their Cavachon.
