Cassie Coughlin serves as Sales Director for CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic region, partnering with regional leadership to support strategic growth and enhance sales performance. In this role, she leads sales management initiatives focused on broker enablement, business development and regional pipeline visibility.

In addition to sales management, Cassie oversees recruiting efforts across the Mid-Atlantic and is actively involved in attracting, developing and retaining the next generation of CBRE professionals. She serves as an Executive Sponsor for CBRE’s Rising Professionals Organization (RPO), supporting emerging talent through mentorship, professional development and career advancement opportunities.

Cassie joined CBRE in 2022 as Operations Manager for the Washington, D.C. office, overseeing operations for a 250+ person office and client services team. In July 2023, she was named Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Occupier and Retail business and in 2026, her role expanded again to oversee Sales Management across the region.

Prior to CBRE, Cassie worked at MRP Realty where she focused on various corporate level initiatives to grow the company’s office and residential development portfolio. Earlier in her career, Cassie held additional operational and leadership roles at boutique real estate firms in Boston.
