Catherine Giel is a senior commercial real estate brokerage professional with over a decade of experience advising institutional owners, REITs, developers, and corporate clients across the Atlanta market and nationally. She has served as a trusted advisor to clients navigating leasing strategy, acquisitions and dispositions, development planning, and long-term asset positioning.

Catherine’s practice is built on deep client relationships and a collaborative, data-driven approach. She partners closely with ownership and leadership teams to understand investment objectives, risk tolerance, and portfolio strategy, delivering tailored guidance on pricing, market positioning, and execution. Her experience spans both landlord and occupier representation, giving her a well-rounded perspective that helps clients anticipate challenges counterpart priorities and achieve durable outcomes.

Prior to joining CBRE, Catherine served as Senior Vice President at Stream Realty Partners, where she completed more than 6 million square feet of industrial lease transactions, focused on landlord representation and value creation for institutional owners. Earlier in her career, she held advisory and transaction roles with CBRE and Colliers International, working with national and global clients across office, flex, and industrial assets.
