Catherine Phillips is an Associate with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics team, serving the Greenville-Spartanburg market. A recent graduate of the University of South Carolina, Catherine earned her degree in Finance and Real Estate, graduating Cum Laude with Leadership Distinction in May 2025. During her time at USC, she was actively involved in campus life, holding multiple leadership roles in organizations such as the South Carolina Organization of Real Estate and Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity.
Prior to joining CBRE in July 2025, Catherine completed four internships, three of which were in commercial real estate. In Summer 2024, she worked as an Investment Analyst Intern at a Charleston-based firm, gaining hands-on experience in CRE capital markets. From 2023 to 2025, she held dual roles within a student housing joint venture, serving as a Development Intern for one company and a Social Media Marketing Intern for the other. These experiences equipped her with valuable skills in marketing, development, and the lease-up process.
Catherine brings a strong foundation in real estate and a passion for learning to her role at CBRE. She is excited to contribute to the brokerage team and grow within the dynamic world of industrial real estate in South Carolina.
