As Senior Vice President at CBRE Boston Consulting and Life Science Practice, Cerise advises occupiers and investors on identifying strategic opportunities in their real estate, workplace, and workforce. Her workplace strategy and analytics expertise help clients develop holistic real estate strategies, grounded in robust data and insights, to deliver measurable business outcomes. With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, Cerise has delivered successful complex strategy projects across Fortune 500 clients. Her work with tenants spans from global strategic initiatives to supporting local tenant leasing decisions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Cerise was a strategy lead in Gensler's workplace consulting practice, focusing on large-scale corporate campus transformation projects. Cerise holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Cornell University with a focus on human-centered design, real estate, workplace research, and health & well-being. Cerise was recognized by Connect CRE Media as one of the Next Generation Honorees in 2019 and by CoreNet New England as the Young Leader Awards of Excellence in 2023.
