Cesar Godinez

Cesar Godinez is responsible for managing major capital investment, tenant improvements, and ground up projects from inception through completion. Cesar is accountable for managing the client’s objectives and delivering their project on time and budget through effective management of project planning, design, construction coordination, budget, schedule, and close out. 

Prior to his new role at CBRE, Cesar worked at JE Dunn Construction for seven years as a Project Manager, completing a variety of projects including the completion of a data center in Papillion and CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy. He began his career with Manhattan Construction Company in Oklahoma City and was involved in a variety of projects, including the First Americans Museum and the OU Academic Medical Tower.
