Chacko Sleeba

Chacko oversees operations for shopping centers and large format retail across the nation. He has 20+ years of experience in the shopping center industry, including management positions for multi-use (office/retail) properties, indoor/outdoor properties, and office buildings. In his most previous role, he acted as the General Manager for the Houston retail portfolio. Prior to this role, he was a Regional Director of Operations with Simon Property Group, where he contributed to the on-going management of 20+ regional shopping centers, including iconic well-established centers and newer developments. During this period, he also acted as the Project Manager for 5 property renovations. Chacko began his career as a Mall Manager/Property Manager at several centers in Texas & Colorado, where he was responsible for day-to-day operations, lease administration, accounting and tenant relations. Chacko’s experience in the real estate industry has uniquely positioned him to successfully maximize property performance, and to exceed the expectations of his clients
